Do not purchase anything from these folks, they do not honor their return policy. I brought a brush, it broke the first time I used it and wanted to return the brush and they refused to take it back stating there was hair in the brush (well how else did it break if I wasn't using it), told me if I had brought it back the next day (they give you 14 days to bring it back, it was brought back in 12 days) that somehow they would believe me (I don't wash my hair everyday), but why should I have to explain myself about when I do my hair. I asked for a store credit and he refused to do so. I asked what happens when I take it home and it breaks again. If you hit the brush with something hard it will break. Why would I beat a brush? What sort of customer service does this place have. Don't shop there. It is a rip off. I was told the owner was out of the country. Isn't that convenient, in a foreign country raking in money from us Americans for cheap products (made in China)...
