• This is a confinement kennel. Dogs are kept in cages in tiny cement bunkers. There is no outdoor “run,” no place for a dog to stretch and play and run. Dogs are locked inside, in cages, for 20 to 22 hours per day. Your dog is let outside twice a day just to clean the cages. While outside, he is ignored: no play, no affection, no mouth toys, nothing. Just stress-barking and howling. While outside, the attendant screams and yells at your dog.

• There is only one attendant on duty most of the time. Only one staff person!

• Dogs cannot rest or sleep because of other dogs that howl and scream all night.

• If the AC breaks, your dogs will suffer; there are no windows in the cement bunker/buildings.

•

• For at least two hours daily, there is no one on site. If your dog breaks a tooth or tries to break out of the cage, he will bleed--alone.

• The owner of the kennel tells her customers that there is play time at this kennel. This is a false statement. There is no play at this kennel.
