Child care at it finest. My children have been at Tooney Town in Owings Mills for 2 years. They help when I need assistance with paying my tuition and have made suggestions that help my children develop. They don't charge extra for things that should come with the child care experience; like healthy meals, phonics, and other subjects. The children at Tooney Town really learn. My son is reading, understands math and still gets to play throughout the day. Healthy meals are served and my children love going to school. My two year old even eats salad and broccoli..lol

My son loves this school. We have been here for three years. He has learned so much and the center has a policy of calling the parent when the child gets hurt and they have incident reports. The director and assistant director help the teachers in the classroom. We pay a monthly tuition and this is the first year that the tuition has increased since we've been here. No money lost for us. Our money is well spent.

I have not had an problems at this center. My daughter love it here and we are happy to see managers that really help in the classroom. The call to inform us of the tiniest injuries such as my daughter bumping heads with another student during circle time. We even got an incident report for it. We are happy that we found Tooney Town.
