Have always trusted this pet store and grooming. Much cheaper than competition.

I called and explained that I have 2 large dogs and they gave me a quote of $32 per dog. I made an appt and when I picked my dogs up they charged me $20 more with no explanation. When I asked why? They said cuz one of my dogs was difficult to groom. So I can understand that not all dogs will be good during grooming, but why wouldnt they call to explain the situation and give the customer the choice to continue or not. They told me thats the way it is. Not good with customer service and my dog had terrible diariea for 2 days after so I question if they gave my dog something.
