This place does not even deserve one star. The Manager Mark is a joke, I paid my rent on time every month. Mark sends me a note saying I havent been paying the right amount of rent since Sept. mind you this was Jan when he wrote me this and wanted a big lump sum for me to stay. He took my rent for 5 months and then tells me wrong amount, Why couldnt he come to me in Sept and tell me I was not b paying right amount. but see Mark the manager is afraid of confrontation and supposedly sends all his correspondence by the united States Post office. I would never recommend this apartment housing to my worst enemy. Because of Mark..... He is mean and rotten to people and the company should really think about canning that man!!! Only good thing about Kingswood estates is Stan the maintence man. So if you feel like hearing "oh your good for another month" very very rudely Come to kingswood estates and rent from the bald man Mark

The manager does not treat each tenant equally. He is barely ever there. He also keeps allowing a disturbing alchoholic wander the complex disturbing other tenants and walk into other tenants homes. How is that secure?! The female they have working in the office is the nicest and actually does her job! She should be the manager!

Awful place to live, and they will not return security deposits. Took them to court, they did not show up.Got a judgement on them, and they still will not pay me. Now I have to go through the hassel of garnishing their bank account. For what? I do not know.I paid my rent on time each month and left my apartment flawless when I left. They have given me no reasons what so ever as to why I have not received it. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever.
