Dr. Jafri is the best Dentist I have ever had, and this is having lived in different parts of the country. The office staff is extremely professional, they show respect and care to everyone that walks in. They care about their clients. I have never had a bad experience. In fact, when ever I had an emergency Dr. Jafri had me come right in, even on a Sunday, which I would normally never do unless I was in extreme pain. And that is another matter, Dr Jafri goes the extra mile to make sure your comfortable and pain free. Debbie Basso has done my cleanings, she was fantastic as well. So over all, this is an extremely professional office. Robin Leslie

This environment in this office is terrible. Not only does the dentist have a terrible bedside manner, the main desk woman ( I am assuming she is the equivalent of a manager) is very rude Upon my requesting gas as an option for a root canal she expressed that I must be one of those people who have "emotional issues when visiting the dentist". It was an all around bad experience. They billed my insurance company for procedures I hadn't even had done.

Excellent care in a comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Jafri and his staff provide a state of the art experience. By far the best practice in Owosso.
