This is much faster than the Flint location.

I have attempted to get a personalized (vanity) plate for my vehicle and have had to go to this office 3 times so far (Friday, May 8th being the most recent) and it still has not been resolved. I have received the wrong plate twice thus far and on May 8th, the clerk took my telephone number and said she/they would research the issue and I should receive a telephone call on Monday or Tuesday (May 11th or 12th, 2015) in regards to this issue. It is now nearly 3pm on May 12th and I haven't gotten a phone call from the office. I attempted to call the (888) 767-6424 number and was warned the wait would be over 30 minutes.
