They took our i5s phones we were buying from Verizon and said we had to purchase their phones. Okay because they were going to buy out our contract with Verizon. After not getting service and calling sprint and finding out that my home address is a location that their towers don't reach they let us out of our contract after sending in our new phones. Now sprint has 4 phones of ours ( the 2 we turned in when we signed up and the 2 they made us purchase) Well now sprint says they never got the i5's phones we turned into this store. Someone must have stole them... Now we are stuck paying Verizon for a set of i5's that this store took from us and never returned! They have horrible customer service and also promised me discounts when signing up that sprint could not give me.

Be careful with what they tell you they can do for you. They ar every misleading and do not give you all the information. I only found this out after two months of them telling me they were adding a credit to my bill and then spoke directly to Spriont who advised I never even qualified for this discount. GET IT IN WRITING!!!!
