Bama Power Sports has been bought out and is now "Speedzone" . Bama did not have the most sterling reputation among local riders. Speedzone is even worse. In the changeover they lost their best technician who had over 18 years experience with Bama. Their service/labor prices have gone way up and quality of service.. way down. "Technician" can't diagnose a simple problem but they will charge you a big "diagnostic" fee and you ride away with the same problem you rode in with.

Service manager didn't even bother to come out and speak with customer about the complaint when the service writer informed him of the complaining customer. Customer, who makes no claim to be a mechanic, ended up correctly diagnosing the problem and correcting it in less than 20 minutes.


Patronize at your own risk. Pay a heavy fee and cross your fingers that maybe the service is performed, or performed correctly.
