First, service was slow. We went on a Sunday and were only one couple of a handful of people. It took 30 minutes just to get the appetizer. And the pretzel we ordered tasted like a breadstick, the mustard it came with was mustard out a bottle (for 6$ I expected more).



Second, my hoagie was "toasted" into a crouton. It cut the top of my mouth as I bit into it. It was so disgusting that I only ate the one bite. It tasted like lunch room food. I ctinge thinking about the taste.



And thirdly, for 60$ for pretzels, a hoagie, and a pizza, I expected so much more than what was delivered. Very disappointed. I've never been to a mellow mushroom I didn't like. This one was a disgrace.
