Always friendly employees! Have been coming here for years, it's a very unique place. They always have the best cared for plants, and are always willing to help me if I have questions about my flowers.

They are horrible! Spent $25,000 there 4 years ago. When my trees bloomed they were the wrong color. When I called Jay he made excuses and brought out trees that were tiny and much less expensive and no reimbursement. Then hired them for tree planting and to move two plants that were too crowded and grew bigger than told covering up a more expensive palm tree. After waiting 2 hours and going over everything in detail had to leave for work and they took the wrong two plants and reversed where they went. My $1,000 fountain also cracked and will not work. After many ignored phone calls they told me they would no longer trim my trees as they could not satisfy me! I even called the fountain company who agreed to replace it, but Jay says they will not do it! Buyer Beware! Stay away from thus company that overcharge sm makes mistakes they do not correct and Blane's the customer! Customer Service is zero!

I walked into this place in October 2016 with $30,000.00 in my budget to spend for landscaping on my new home (corner lot) in The Villages! Quite of few people that worked there passed me without even so much as a "Hi"! That was fine! I just wanted a reputable nursery that could do the job' I finally asked for help and a young gal told me Susan was a great designer! They took all my info down but for two weeks I heard nothing! They told me I should called them! Nope, first impressions matter people! Went down the street to Terrascape, Megan came to our place in one day, drew up a design and in three weeks, we spent our 30,000.00 dollars! Yard front and back looks like a park. So many people have stopped to ask us who did yard. Everyone loves it!

I don't believe this business deserves 1 star. Purchased a tree with issues that was brought to the attention of the staff before we took the tree. Now less then 3 weeks later the nursery wants additional money to replace the sicken tree. Be carful dealing with this business
