Buyer beware. I had my first and last experience with this company today. The staff was rude, not helpful and could care less about customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company or you will likely be disappointed.

First, they ridiculously over ...

First, they ridiculously over charge the customer. Second, they have the most outrageous and unrealistic shipping charges (where they pocket the difference).

For me they, shipped wrongly advertised product. This is the wrong product and they have no replacement. (Clearly listed on the website that this should be the correct product).

They refuse to pay for the refund of the item and shipment

They are belligerent and difficult to do deal with. They indicate I have to talk to the owner, who cannot be tasked to call back, too busy , I may or may not be able to get a hold of him Mike if I repeatably try to contact them.

They dodge the issue and just try to get the customer offf the phone.

Never will deal with them again. Very, very frustrating and treat customers like dirt.

Never deal with or do business with them! Stay away!

I dealt with both Steen(sp?), worker Mike and Bob (cannot tell if that is their real names or if they are playing games).
