Because Denise Heidisch messed up my state taxes, I'm left with paying her mistake and penalties.
Hopefully, I'll never run into her, for her sake. Bitch!

As a local small business owner, Denise Heidisch from Complete accounting was responsible to file my taxes and complete bi weekly payrolls. Under a power of attorney Denise was paid to file my W2's but filed LATE in years 2012 AND 2013. The IRS imposed a penalty for both years. With no help from Denise Heidisch I was able to get the IRS to abate the 2012 penalty of $2,400 but even after a appeal the IRS would not abate the $1,200 penalty for 2013. Denise refuses to pay the penalty and I am responsible to pay the fine so I am in the process of filing a small claims suit against her to recover my damages
