Provided by YPmobileIf you move in here, all I can say to you is welcome to the slums of Oxford. Where nothing we ever get fixed and you can expect to have new management every other month.
We have defiantly remedied the situation.

Provided by YP.comWorst nightmare ever. Please stay away from this park. My daughter has been waiting for things to be fixed since last October. She is renting one of their homes. She was without water this winter more times then I can count because they wouldn't fix frozen pipes. She had birds living in her stove vent. She calls so many times and they promise to come over but never show. A company called Matrix owns the park and they are the WORST at everything. She luckily moves out in a month...not soon enough. Please heed my warning. Stay away. The list of things that has happened to her is endless
We have defiantly remedied the situation.

Provided by YP.comI have lived here for over 11 years and I regret my decision everyday. The park is run by scam artists. The management has changed hands multiple times due to the park owing 30 million in unpaid debt and 150k in back taxes. They frequently bend their own rules to their own benefit but will do nothing to help you. One of them being a rule that no old homes would be moved into the newer section, obviously to keep the already deprecating cardboard boxes from losing their value at a more alarming rate. To make matters worse, they forbid subletting, yet they lease properties out effectively destroying all hope of selling. You wind up stuck with a home you can neither sell or sublet. They charge 50 dollar late fees after 5 days. They charge water and sewage which isn't individually metered and is instead divided amongst the dwindling number of residents. This was recently changed to just upping the lot rent which is now $465. For that price, you get a lot. Not mowing, seeding, shoveling, maintenance. Not a place for the kids to play other than behind your home. DO NOT move here. If you can afford a home here on top of the lot rent, you are quickly approaching 1k a month and you can easily go through MSHDA and purchase a home. Don't make the mistake I did. The laws do not protect you the same way they do a homeowner or even a renter. You are screwed.
We have defiantly remedied the situation as we are under new ownership and management. If you can find a better priced community let us know, we have shopped around and we are the best looking community with the best pricing around. Starting April 1st each home will be metered and charged individually per usage for water.
