The psychiatrists who are any good end up leaving. The head psychiatrist makes the working conditions difficult, as well as the consumers...and probably even worse for them. They don't have any female psychiatrists on staff, and I can't say more about that. It's the main agency in Oakland County, but it will not work with its consumers with dignity or respect...I think purposely and intentionally, save the rare few who truly 'give a (darn) about their consumers and are dedicated to their positions and careers. My suggestion would be to interview any and all potential support personnel. I have been able to count on one hand the people who have been professional, courteous, nice!, dedicated, available, et cetera. Good luck!!!
