I had my car serviced by these guy's last year. The price was average but not over the top. Not long after, I had to bring it back in because they did not tighten something all the way. They told me that, "It must have loosened over the past month". Ok sure, that can happen and I left it at that. A few months later it loosened again and broke while I was driving. I brought the car in to them again and they took an EXTRA (a day longer than they first said) day to fix it. When I went in to pick up the car they told me that it would be nearly $100.00!! I HAD ALREADY PAID THEM FOR THIS SAME FIX!!! They charged me for the part AND labor AGAIN!! When I asked if there was a problem with the car (I didn't want this to keep happening) they said, "Gee, it should not have done that with such few miles." They just charged me and then out the door I went. Nothing in the way of a check to see if there was indeed something causing the underlying problem. Just, "Gimme my money and leave my shop" so to speak. Obviously I'm not going back... They should have done the RIGHT thing and fixed it for free this time since I had already paid for the work the first time!!

I took my car here for everything during my four years of college and I have never gotten better service or more reasonable prices.
