Had some issues with my computer and took it in. Preston ordered a part I didn't end up needing and instead of charging me for it and not saying anything he returned it, got the correct part at a discounted rate, and saved me around 200$ in all. Very sincere guy all around and I trust him with any future issues I have

I just opened my State Farm agency in Georgia and called Preston at RockIT to help me in identifying the best router for my office. He did the research and sent me several solutions and his recommendation and now I have Wi-Fi in my office for my clients. It is great. They can come in and get on-line while they wait and even pay their insurance with our wireless kiosk. RockIT Man was GREAT!!

A week before moving to South Africa I relized I had a 6 year old computer in need of some serious help. RockIt Computer Solutions hooked me up! I never write reviews for anything. I am very bad about that. I am writing one tonight. My computer is my life. I basically sleep with it. Last week my pride and joy went to the dreadful blue screen. After that it wouldn't come one. I frantically dialed RockIT's number. It was like a computer angel was sent from the heavens. A computer technician came and healed my computer. My darling laptop is pretty much brand new. Praise you people at RockIT.
