Getting someone to answer the phone to ask a question is impossible.

SOB'S give horrible customer service breaking the law. I have several packages that says delivered in my box 3 days ago. They are not there. The only people who have access to the box beside myself is United States Postal Service, Oxford MS! Either they have my mail or holding it illegal. I remind you these are small packages I have gotten before in my mail box this is not the first time with office.
These idiots think you are bluffing or don't take you seriously when you report them. I have nothing but time on my hands for complaints, filing lawsuits, police report for thief and the attorney generals office. I also will contact District Attorney's office. These people need firing since they can't do their job and commit a crime called stealing. I am a tax payer and we don't know criminals in our United States Postal Service. Again they think you want do anything until you start the paperwork and calls.

We need our mailbox at the top of the hill. My Grandmother is 93 and can't walk down to get her mail. Also, our neighbors tear open our packages before we get them, when they are placed in the mailbox!
