People we all KNOW that they're NOT getting this many positive reviews. They've gone and removed the negative reviews. There's a few goo mechanics their But the customer service toward Afro Americans are horrible. I believe this company has one fat racist old gray hair men that works there.

Every now and then, a really nice thing happens and the day at hand just gets better and better. recently I pulled into the Goodyear store with a flat tire barely holding up and that really nice thing happened to me. I was immediately waited on- my car was immediately taken back- I was dreading a wait and the price of a new tire, yet 15 mins later I was called and told "Mr. Nash you are ready to go". The tire had been expertly patched and furthermore, I was told there was no charge! You reckon I am coming back to purchase new tires when necessary? You betcha! Thanks to all of you who helped me out ion a hot frustrating day!

I was stranded out of town and Mr. Steve accepted me right when they were about to close. They fixed my car the next morning early and I loaded up and headed home. This is by far some of the best service I have ever had.

I have taken my car here a couple of times now - each time they were very honest with what needed to be done and kept good communication over the phone. The car was also done way earlier than I had expected each time. Very nice people working the desk and on the phones. I am really happy I found a good mechanic so close to my house!

More importantly, they give you an honest and fair assessment of your vehicle's needs and even turn you away when they think you don't need to spend money on needless mechanical work. I recommend University to all of my friends and anyone else who is looking to work with an upstanding mechanic.

Great experience. I was having some problems with my tires -kept hearing these thumping noises when I drove. I walked in, immediately had someone check out my car - they drove with me so I could point out the noise I kept hearing, and a couple of hours later the car was ready. Prices were about average, not cheap but not outrageous. Also, I was considering getting all new tires and was advised to wait on the other two - I appreciated that. I was happy with the friendly service. I'll definitely return to this place.

Got excellent service the first time I took my car in for an oil change at University and kept taking all my cars to them. They have been super helpful over the last couple years. They never suggested I do things to my car that weren't needed. I was told once that my car would need a new belt soon. I waited a few months and was reminded again that it was needed. At that time, I asked them to go ahead and do it. I've taken my car to the dealership for services and University is about half the price across the board for any and all services including brakes, transmission fluid flush and oil changes. Definitely recommend.

University tire is the only place in Oxford to get fast friendly service with a fair price and a nationwide warranty.I would not trust anyone else with my car.They will get you to work or school and pick you up.I trust them to keep me safe on the road because they check my car from bumper to bumper at every oil change at no extra cost.They check my tire pressure any time I ask for free .Best guys in the business.
