STAY AWAY!.My husband and I drove 12 hours to get to Ohio - drove through the night and stayed up through the next morning trying to unpack everything so we could return the truck in time (moving is NOT fun : ) ). So, I go to take the truck back and I cannot for the life of me find the return center. I finally find it and I am cranky and frustrated - I tell the guy working there, in no uncertain terms, that the signage for the return area is sub par. Here is where it gets quite reprehensible. The man there slammed his clipboard on the desk and yelled something to me - I was so shocked and the loud sound scared me so I honestly don't know what he said. But, then he said he was the F#%%^& owner and didn't have to do my truck return if he didn't want to. He also said, basically, that he could mark down or alter whatever he wanted to ensure I didn't get my deposit back. At this point I'm almost wanting to call the police and I told him so - he said it's a small town and he knew all the police. Needless to say, I was quite freaked out! I told him I forgot to get gas and and got out of there! I had to drive 35 min away to return the truck - and find a ride back - but there was no way I was going to let this horrible man take advantage of me.
