Used Dubois bookstore at UC back in the day. Was looking forward to using them with my daughter at Miami. Very disappointed in the customer service at this store. Bought 2 miami shirts that my daughter tried on at the store for fit. Washed them according to the manufacturers label. Both shirts shrank and were unwearable. Took them back hoping to exchange for another size. Were told they would not take them back even with the tags and receipts I saved. What a scam. These shirts were expensive. Will never enter that store again!
