Great service very accomadating

Have went to this establishment several times to only get poor service. They charge you for a cut when it is included in the perm. You go in an request a service and because operator was late coming in and did not want to do used all kinds of excuses. THis is very poor business practice. They can do a perm the day you get color and it does not take yet when you wait after a color and go in you are told they will not do it.
