The townhouses are awful. You will overpay for your heating and cooling just to freeze to death in the winter and sweat to death in the summer. And the plumbing is terrible. We've had "maintenance" work on the toilets numerous times, and they still don't work right.



Now they want to jack up the prices to $1300 a month for granite kitchen tops. Seriously don't waste your money. We are moving out as soon as we can. I've never been so miserable anywhere else I've lived, and I've rented several apartments over the years.
