I have always had exceptional treatment by Dr. Emmert and have recommended her to others. The staff has treated me professionally with each phone call and visit.

When you have a medical problem, your treating doctor wants to know your medical history. She wants to know if there's something in your past that may affect your current condition or your treatment plan. She needs to know if there's any family history of similar problems as well as what medications you are on.

Your treating doctor needs to know your past medical history, not just for the sake of writing this information down on a form, but because it can sometimes alter the different possibilities you might be suffering from as well as their treatment plan for you.

Saw Dr. Emmert for about five minutes after waiting 20 min. She insisted on seeing my past medical records, which weren't relevant to my current situation. When I refused, she excused herself, and after waiting 10 min, she had her nurse kick me out. I was charged the full amount. I was never given any explanation. In addition, the secretaries and nurses were all rude to me. I've seen dogs get better care at the vets office. All this office cares about is making money off of elderly people, which disgusted me the most during my visit.
