I recently called Two Seasons Heating and Cooling after a coworker refered them to me. I am very glad that i did! Brian was both extremely knowledgable and professional. You could tell that he wasnt just interested in making a sale, but genuinely wanted to listen and provide you with the equipment that suits your needs. After listening to what i had in mind for the project he recommended a Hydron Module HXT048A geosystem for my home. He also mentioned the climate master tranquility series as an alternative. Beings that the Hydron Module has the industries best warrany and higher btu output ratings for just slightly more, the decision was a no brainer! Also during the initial visit he questioned me on any problems and concerns i had with my existing equipment and duct work. I said "none that i know of, i'm just looking to upgrade to something more efficient." Little did i know. He took the time to walk through my home and pinpointed several problems that i never knew i had. For instance, my existing air handler is in the basement, and if i opened the basement door when it was running, it would close itself even if it was open 8"!!! Well my home is only ten years old and its done that since day one so i just firgured it to be the norm. He explained to me that the duct installation throughout the basement was poor and had a lot of leaks, and no matter how high of an efficiency unit i installed, it was never going to perform to the best of its abilities. This was a point that several other contractors i had met with never asked about or brought up. Two companies that i had met with were pretty large in the area and apparently installed quite a few geo systems. Yet they weren't interested in providing a quality job, just quality equipment. Needless to say Two Seasons installed my geo system, and took care of the problems he had shown me in the duct work. Brian's work ethic is excellent!!! He will treat your home as if it is his, and actually cares about the look of the finished product as well as the efficiency of it. If theres one thing i learned from all this is that when it comes to your heating and air conditioning, the efficiency of the unit needs to make it to the register, not stop at the sticker on the front of the equipment. By the time he finished, my basement door didn't close itself, and i could actually feel air being drawn through the return registers. I wonder how many other contractors would care enough to put forth the extra effort to make it right? Probably not many. Brian from Two Seasons Heating and Cooling is a diamond in the rough among the many contractors out there that do the work. Try him and you will be a customer for life. You'll be telling your friends and coworkers as well.

I have had two encounters with the owner. He is totally straight up an honest person. He will not sell you something just to make a sale. He wants to do what is right for you the consumer.
