Poor costumer service, after been very clear by the sales rep that if from any reason we want to exchange the sofa we are buying they will even waive the shipment fee, we received the sofa less then 24 hours ago and found that some stiches are loose and fabric is uneven, so we called in less then 24 hours after delivery to exchange due to defect, manager of store was rude unhelpful and hang up the phone on my husband!!!!



We are filing a law suit against them if this case is not resolved within 48 hours, we also called corp office to inform them.



Do walk, run away from this store!!!

Great furniture selection, creepy sales associates! Well, one in particular- the one helping me out; asked too many personal questions. If I wasn't in need of furniture I would've cancelled my order. One thing is being friendly with the customer, but the other is making them uncomfortable. Not sure if I will be back to that store.
