Never again!!!

The worst manager ever! If I was NOT white, I probably would have received better service!

The worst stay ever!!!

We had to move rooms 2 times because of something not working right. The manager and assistant manager both not helpful, rude and would not discount us on all of our inconvenience that we had with this stay.

Once we checked out I complained to corporate and The manager came up with lies of us having a pet and saying he called the cops on us. Weird!

All not true and funny how if it was why didn't he charge or notify us about this. Lol.

Can't believe how far this manager and assistant manager went out of their way to make up a story all over me asking for a discount for all the inconvenience we had.

Will never stay with this hotel again!
