No offence, this store has the worst customer service. Not good impression at all for a first time bridal gown shopping for myself.



-The girl took forever to write down my contact information because she was chatting on her cell phone

-They do not have my size for the dress I was looking for which is fine, but they brought out a dress double my size without even telling/informing the me that this is size so and so, it is a much bigger size but we will pin it up for you. Thinking it was the correct size, while putting on the dress i was horrified that the dress no where close to fitting. Turned the tag around, WHOA its size 10!

-Whoever brought out my dresses left the fitting room area. No where be found. Managed to grab another girl close by to help.

-Turn around, the 2nd girl is gone too!



So i was left there with few dresses, nothing fit, put my cloths back on to walk all the way back to front of the store to get attention from the staffs, who was apparently just chatting away among each other!!



Sorry, have to say that one bad egg ruin the entire basket. Will not shop at david ever again!
