Ecola does very cursory inspections (annual and initial) matched only by poorer performance with their treatment processes. If you truly want to rid your property of termites you need to go with a responsive company which will inspect, treat, and re inspect. If you seek the owner, you get the run-around. The owner will never call you back. It appears that the owner operates in absentia--trusting completely in their managers. However, the managers are a part of the problem. As we say in the management business, there is no more dangerous place to watch over your business--than behind your desk. This owner is an absentee owner. Some issues must be handled by an owner, and not by a manager sometimes.

If you wind up with wood damage Ecola will refuse to correct the damage. Their "warranty" only covers repeat visits. It's the best for them, and the worst for the property owner.

When it comes to billing they are on top of their game, however!!
