Jaunuary 25, 2016 Omg! I have been going to Dr. Hoang for a few years now with good results. But went in on Monday for 2 fillings. Dr. Hoang was holding the drill and the assistant had the saliva vacuum thing. The assistant had to get up and do something for a moment, so the Dr. was holding both the drill and the vacuum. I thought I felt the Dr. drill into my tongue! I then heard her ask the assistant to have someone get a tongue depressor and some gauze.

My tongue was numb so I wasn't absolutely sure what had happened. Dr. Hoang nor her assistant informed me of the new hole in my tongue. When I got home, and the anesthetic was wearing off, my tongue started hurting bad. I looked and saw the hole!! Wasn't she supposed to inform me of that mishap? Needless to say, I will never go back there!
