I have been a long term loyal customer for years and so have members of my extended family, but the company has recently lost our business because they charge for things like washing the screens and the window tracks which they don't do, but the service man recently lied to my face that he had. The office does not respond back if you call because there was a problem and they rush through the work spending less and less time each visit. The first time they did my windows it took them a solid 3 hours and they looked amazing. The last time they wized through in 45 minutes and left grimy caked on dirty screens. They have no pride of work anymore or integrity. Not sure what happened but we're moving on.

Don't use this cleaner! I have used them in the past but this time it was a terrible experience. They didn't clean all my windows, some screens were left on the side of the house, screens not re-installed properly along with being bent! I called them and they would not come back to do the job right. They charged extra to clean the tracks which were poorly cleaned. I paid for services not rendered. They don't call back and they don't refund. I will never use them again!! Do not use this window cleaner!

i just love my windows when my window man is done. the office staff is allways friendly & the window washers do an amazing job. i refer them to everyone

I think these people really don't know what does cleaning window means,They have so many excuses more



than carter has a pills!!!!!!!!!!!!



I called them & ask them how much is basic cleaning,which they gave me $49.00 for washing 7 windows but funny part



Is that 8 foot window is too big for them, by the way 8 foot is the width not the height we count that as 2 windows and this window which is 5 footer is kind of big so I,ve been



told we wash these 2 five footer & count them as 3 windows and by that time I was ready to tell them

they can take a hike.



The guy who company send was a nice fellow and I felt sorry to do that to him but in general" my window man" business not going to servive if they do business as they are doing now.

they were so nice over the phones and then the men did a wonderful cleaning job

This was the worst job of window washing I've ever seen. They showed up late, skipped windows, charged 30% more than the "on the phone estimate," skipped washing the screens altogether. They left dirty sills and neglected to wipe down the frames or gutters. They promised to return the next day and never did. Complaints and requests for a refund went left unreturned. Don't use them.
