I really, REALLY wish I could give 10 stars because I would!
Face it. When we don't get what we want or need, we wipe off stars like Windex, but wouldn't it be great to ADD stars when a business is head and shoulders ABOVE the rest???

I thought I was happy when I first started out with this agent. Lots of agents and companies LOOK great at the beginning. Where are they when you need help? That's the true test.

In other words, there are other agents who are good at the fore-hand serve (selling you something at the beginning) but they have NO back-hand return, that is to say, they DON'T care for you when something goes wrong and when you actually need help.

Have been with State Farm for a few years and I could not say greater things from all the staff, the agent, to the service itself has all been such a wonderful experience. I walked in to this office for a life insurance quote and fast forward a few years later I still continue to be a client here. Ray the agent is extremely knowledgeable and also provided me with some great financial advice that I still put to use to this day.
