Well for the past few months we have been getting our mail very late at night ( 8:00 pm ) the carrier actually needs to use a light on her forehead to deliver the mail it is unfair for her and us to experience this type of delivering what happened to early hour's of delivering

We are always getting our neighbors mail & we get no mail until a few days later then the random mail carrier comes and says oh your neighbor had your mail, maybe this would not happen all the time if they would stop changing the mail carriers on a daily basis. Terrible Service!

The absolute worst, you can tell that its a U.S. gov. business. I live on a property that has 3 separate homes on it. The letter carrier just cranes the mail in the boxes and does not close and lock them. Anyone can come by and go into the mail boxes. Tried to call this office and was on hold for over 1 hr. I can see why the usps is in the shape it is, no one seems to care anymore. No more American Pride.

Yes the lines are long. Im getting crappy delivery service all of a sudden since there is a new mail man. But when I went in today because i was suppose to receive a very important package and didnt. Emilio went back to look more then once and found my package. Very much appreciated!

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST post office I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. They have lost, misplaced, redirected, or simply choose not to deliver anything that is more than an enveloped piece of mail! They give you a number to call guess what IT DOESN'T WORK! They give you an email address to a "supervisor " guess what, IT DOESN'T WORK EITHER! Shut this worthless location down. No one there knows anything anyhow. ZERO STARS IN FACT YOU OWE ME STARS YOU'RE NEGATIVE IN THE STAR DEPARTMENT! I want my star back!

I am going to say this about this particular post office, this is the worst place to be helped at. I went here to get an issue resolved and I can honestly say their supervisor JULIO GALLEGOS is the worst piece of scum bag that walked on this planet. Made you feel like you were wasting his time, does not have any social skills what so ever and he treats his customers like they are dogs. He needs to go back and get some training done or think about another career path. I would strongly suggest that one should avoid this post office at all costs and especially if they encounter their self with JULIO GALLEGOS who should be ashamed to call himself a supervisor. USPS lost me as a customer at that particular post office.

Sometimes it's difficult to believe these are government workers at that Oxnard post office. They are kind helpful, smiling, and are willing to stay a few minutes late to finish a passport paperwork! I just wish all government workers were the same as the Oxnard post office employees.
