Our dedication to our customers' best interests is what sets us apart from all the rest! Just recently a client in need of disaster recovery services called us and an engineer was dispatched on-site. Upon arrival the engineer asked how many documents were lost and how long it would take to recreate them. The 10 documents that were accidentally deleted would take about 2-3 hours to re-create. Taking in consideration the time to recreate the documents and the fact that the employee would not be working on other things, our engineer advised them that though a recovery is possible, it is more economically viable for the client to recreate the documents rather than to pay us to recover them. That customer provided the following feedback. Michael manages my small business' computer network and email server. It all runs like a top!
