Awesome business and the people are really nice! Wife and I got some really nice curtains there over the years!

I support local small businesses and Linen World is the perfect example. Locally owned and operated for as long as I can remember. Great prices, great selection and great service!

Great service and great prices. They have all the colors and styles of bedding that I needed and were helpful in helping me pick them out. Highly recommended...

I spent over $200 at this store however, if I wasn't from out of town and really wanted the items, I would have walked out. The worst clerk at the register so rude and ugly. Come to find out she is the assistant manager. The worker on the floor was very helpful and polite. The Assistant Manager even spoke to her so unprofessionally in front of the customers. I don't expect her to be Assistant Manager long with her ugly attitude. Only 2 stars because they did have items in the store I wanted.

Upon my recent visit to Linen World, Oxon Hill, I was astounded by the treatment from the cashier; When I approached to counter to pay for my purchase, 2 staffers were there talking to each other. I stood at the register waiting to be acknowledged for more than a minute before I asked if I were on the wrong side. One of the clerks then turned to me and took my purchase, never saying a word; she rang it up; when I pulled out my credit card she did ask if it were debit or credit. After payment I said "thank you" with no response from the clerk; thinking maybe she did not hear me, I said it again louder and never got any acknowledgment. I left with my purchase thinking what horrible customer service. I doubt if I will go there again. On a positive note, there was a clerk who did assist me in finding what I was looking for. Kudos to that staffer.
