I had a dress dry cleaned at Rivertown Cleaners. The dress has a metallic sheen to it. Rivertown Cleaners ripped part of the metallic material damaging the left upper bust area. The dress came from a thrift store, and had a thrift store stench to it, when I dropped it off I asked about having it deodorized. Rivertown cleaners did not deodorize the dress nor did they straighten out the tulle underneath. I paid $10 to have Rivertown Cleaners rip the dress and throw it in a plastic dry cleaning bag.



I confronted the drycleaner and all he could say was, he was "just a drycleaner."
