I have worked on my vehicles all of my life so i do know a thing or two about vehicles. This guy has been the most knowledgeable man i have ever met. I had to replace my engine which contrary to popular belief is no easy task. He was very up front and honest about everything, no hidden fees or lies. Excellent customer service. I could not be happier with the result of my new engine. A very friendly experience that I would do all over again. If you really want excellent work done right, then trust American Automotive to get the job done and avoid all the over hyped big shops. A very happy man from Texas!

We take both our cars to him. We have found a mechanic for LIFE!!! We have sent several of our friends and family to him as well, to which EVERYONE has said the same thing. They are so thankful they have taken their cars to him, he saved their cars!!! He knows my car inside and out, when I have anything go wrong with it, I call him and he knows just what to say and do about it!!!!

A small and grimey shop, as I expected. The guys working their were fast and friendly, the work was very fairly priced, and they back it up with a warrantee. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and will be returning if I need a used tire or a routine job like a CV boot.

I just went thru his shop and all I can say is ill be referring him to everyone I know. I was in a rush and he fit me rite in! he didn't even hesitate! my brakes were grinding and I had my kids in the car and he was busy his bays were full and he said no problem! got out some jacks and went to work on my car in the parking lot! amazing!! he said he didn't want me to drive and wreck it my rotors were badly damaged! no brakes metal to metal on the pads! thank goodness there are still guys like JERRY around!

Got to know Jerry not too long after the Branson tornado blew his garage away. Not to be outdone though, he made 'driveway calls', and I was one of those calls. The professional troubleshooting he did on that d.w. call, and the fix for our car, led me to follow him for his services, when he opened up shop in Ozark. He has done complete A/C system overhauls, replacement of a starter ring gear...a major job by the way, and a complete engine exchange. Actually the engine exchange was much, much more...involving 'resurrecting' our pickup truck after sitting outside for 3+ years. It was a huge job! Each time he has worked on our vehicles, Jerry has tackled each job with the same careful, considerate effort, as though he were working on his personal car. Amazing! I've never met anyone quite like him in the automotive field or anywhere else for that matter. Thanks Bro!!!

Jerry is absolutely the best Mechanic I have ever met! He has taken care ofy vehicles for the last 4 years and will always! I bought a lemon one time because I didn't listen to jerry....it wouldn't even come close to passing inspection...jerry got on the phone with the dealer and by the end of it, the "as is" sticker meant nothing and the dealer paid to have everything fixed! This single mom of 2 kiddos couldn't have a better angel ony shoulders! He is truly a blessing....

I have been taking my car to this young man for many months now. I found that he would take the time to explain to me what is wrong and not just tell me I need to fix it. I am retired and have a limited income. I had brought my car into him and he noticed it leaking transmission fluid. I told him would that cause it to act funny when im going up hill he said yes it could. He looked at it and gave me an estimate and didn't even charge me for it. I asked him if I could leave it until I figured out what I was gonna do and if I could come up with the money cause it was a lot. after a week he called to check up on me and I told him I still didn't have the money to fix it. I asked him if I needed to get it out of there and he said no he had plenty of room. my kids also go to this young man and they always told me my car was fine when they were there. It took me almost 6 months to decide what to do and yes the young man still had my car safe and sound. I feel so bad that it took me this long. but when I went to pay the bill I asked him what did I owe.. he said nothing. I couldn't believe it. I asked him why and he said he had the room and he was happy to help me out. he is a kind young man but I told him he cant make money not charging people. he smiled and said its ok. I have been telling everyone about him at the v.a. and if I drive again I will bring my car to him again. thanks again young man we need more like you.

I was floored when i was told i needed a transmission and had to spend 2200 dollars. so I thought i needed a second opinion so I went to American Automotive and i was greated with :: i would be more then happy to check it out for you at no cost and give you and estimate on what is wrong <<< and I had not told them about the transmission diagnosis so when American Automotive he advised me my catalytic converter was clogged.. WOW!!!! 350 BUCKS LATER I WAS ON THE ROAD WITH A GREAT RUNNING CAR!!! I WAS IN TOTAL LOSS FOR WORDS WHEN I found that i was lied to!! AMERICAN AUTOMOTIVE LLC WILL ALWAYS HAVE MY BUSINESS !!! after I got my car fixed I advised the tech what i was told and he was appauled that there are techs out there still trying to take advantage of people....
