Watch for their extra charges. I took one vehicle to them to figure out the keyless entry locks. I couldn't get them to work with either key fob. Took it up there and they charged me $70 and never told me what the problem was. Said I would have to buy new fobs which are over $100 or buy a new computer unit which was over $150. Come to find out I replaced both batteries in fobs and it worked. They Didn't fix my problem but still had to pay $70. Took another vehicle to get my keypad door code. Was told it would be $45. Pulled vehicle in and out in 5 minutes and $112 later they gave me the code. They charged me $90 for a diagnosis fee which they weren't diagnosing anything except getting code. So for 5 minutes of work they said that's what there labor was on top of the $22 fee to pull the code from the computer. If I was told that it would be triple the amount I wouldn't of got the code. Just want to know up front what fees are not be had at the end with no choice. Will deal with different dealership from now on for all my business.

Cambell Ford is also an RV dealership. I purchased a NuWa Hitchiker in April of 2007. This coach was not without problems, however Mr Robert Gutherie went the extra miles to make sure I was being taken care of by his service department and when I had to have help from the factory he was right there making the necessary phone calls and setting appointments up.



This was very refreshing to get this type service. All you have to do is read Trailer life magazine to see how many customers are fed up with the dealership that sold them the unit.



Mr Gutherie and the Cambell Ford dealership a job well done. I have referred several people to your dealership and will continue to do so.
