Tri-L Manufacturing was founded in 1978, and incorporated in 1979. Founded by Bob Lynch, Tri-L found its modest beginnings on his dairy farm near Ozark, Missouri. Until retirement, Lynch had worked as a mechanical engineer. When sons Robert & Tom expressed a desire to do machine work, an idea was born: big bale handling equipment. The company began with a simple and effective marketing strategy: they asked farmers what kind of equipment was needed. Farmers responded with requests for equipment such as loader and bucket spikes, truck spikes and all products which are still at the core of Tri-L's production. Expanding steadily since its inception, Tri-L was in need of a new building by 1980. They have since expanded even further, adding 13, 000 square feet to their production floor. The past 29 years has also seen the addition of many new production systems, keeping the shop up-to-date and efficient. Tri-L continues this tradition of excellence today with innovative designs and superior quality products.
