Normally I want to do business close to home... I would NEVER refer anyone to US Automotive. I stood and waited for 5 minutes (with an appointment made) when all the men working there saw me walk in but continued talking on cell phones. It was only when my husband got out of the car and came in that one of them high tailed it into the office. Once the car was diagnosed they called. Husband decided to go get the car. Travis must have thrown around 50 terms to make himself sound smart about the repair of the car.... irritating at best.... but $138 later, they can't even tell me exactly what is wrong with it... and "they didn't have time to mess with it today". Not only is the mechanics side of this dealer a disgrace, but the customer service alone is a reason I will never return, or refer anyone to them.
