We moved from Brooklyn to CT and they were by far the best quote and made such good time! Our place with two kids was a mess and they were so helpful positive and understanding. It seemed like the hottest day of summer but they were polite and professional. We’ve moved a lot within the city over 15 years and have tried many companies this was by far the best.Would highly recommend!

******CAUTION - THEY STEAL!!!**********



In August of 2013, our 2-bedroom Tapartment had a water leak and we were required to move out of our apartment for 3 months in order to repair the wood floors. My first reaction to the movers were that they were on top of things, moving quickly and gracious. But sadly that turned out to be nothing but a cover. We had a terrible experience that is actually what people dread in planning a move!



We had over $20K in valuable stolen including electronics, jewelry and family paperwork that we can never have replaced. In months of follow-up the company has tried to ignore my inquires and refused any accountability. It is safe to say the thieves are still working for the company! Do you want them moving your apartment?



In addition, original paintings were put in cardboard boxes without any covering whatsoever. Hand-crafted wooden desks were broken completed through the drawers (as if a knee was put through it). Knobs were broken off furniture and delicate artwork was thrown into boxes together with hardly a tissue paper as if they were stuffed animals. And that was just the packing .



We have a tall bookshelf unit with mobile ladders. During the move they broke the attachments on the wheels and did not inform me. Instead, the project manager told me "a wheel was loose" and that one of his men was repairing it. Well the repair was literally a piece of masking tape in the place of what is normally a screw! I kid you not and have pictures again to prove it. I was three month pregnant and in climbing the ladder for the first time (to rearrange the mess of unpacking) I fell at a height of 8 feet because of course the "piece of tape" did not hold. Is this acceptable?



Unpacking is simply something the company should not even be offering. I wish I could attach photos here of the unpacking that I sent immediately to the company. Clothes were literally tossed into closets and shelves. Likewise bookshelves and kitchen items. I spent more time trying to clean their unpacking than it would have taken to unpack every item myself.



Finally, they do everything possible to charge you more requiring additional boxes and crates but not taking care in how items are packed. They also require HUGE gratuities daily in cash and claim not to take lunch breaks, but sure take plenty of smoking breaks on your time!



If this sounds like a nightmare...it has been. We are forced to revert to legal intervention at this time as nothing else has worked in resolving these open claims. Moving is already a trying time, I hope nobody else has to go through such a terrible experience. Perhaps by writing this review that will save someone else the struggle we have gone through.

unfortunately there is no lower rank. we had bed bugs in a relatively new, gut renovated apartment with all new furniture and wanted to take the safest course and therefore agreed to spend a ridiculous sum of money for a move out and guaranteed fumigation. Not only did the guarantee fumigation fail (and had to be done again), but the move was as unprofessional as it could have been. LIke hiring guys off the street. The "packing" consisted of throwing items in boxes, breaking items, and stealing all our tools, and various other items. Basically it's a racket. Do not use them. I would recommend doing the bagging services which seems more difficult but is what everyone else I know did and it cost 1/3 and worked. Also these guys played games, of course, with my claims. In the end I agreed to paltry amount and signed away, but then they unilaterally deducted 75% which I assume was what they intended all along. I will also be reporting them to the BBB and various state regulatory and criminal agencies. Beware. And by the way, they botched the reinstallation of my son's bunkbed and it fell on him (and he weighs 42 pounds).

I just wanted to comment on the crew that moved us into our temporary location. They were all very pleasant to deal with. Nothing was ever a problem and considering everything involved they got me in and out as quickly as possible.

I would not recommend this moving company to ANYONE!!!!! I have never come across such filth as when the employess of " all the right moves" were in my apartment building. I got woken up ( not to moving ) but by the staff of the company screaming obscenities and being extremelely rude and innappropriate. I heard several other tenants approach them and everytime they got told they were almost finished ( but continued to mock and be rude the second the door closed ). Finally, I decided to open my door in an attempt to ask them to settle down ( I work nights ) and they came out me with slurs and comments that I would not even write on this website. I decided to call their main office and the woman was very friendly and assured me something would be done. Something was done alright they starting yelling out my door about how I called an complained. THE WORST BY FAR COMPANY

Top of the Line Quality Movers / Service / Price & Friendly!

I recentley used the moving company-All The Right Moves to help me in my moving. I had checked out a few other companies prior to choosing them. The quality of service given by the whole crew including Anna at the office was OUTSTANDING!!!!



They not only offered the best customer service, but there prices were unbeatable and the movers where super cautious, caring, good humored and fantastic!!



They where so careful with all of my furniture, wrapped everything up in double padded blankets, taped up the boxes, rolled up my carpets, and on top of that they specifically asked my where everything should go. Plus they did this in no time at all. They were quick, efficient, careful, and very professional.



I could not have been more pleased and happier that I picked them to help me move. I highly recommend this company to everyone.
