The salon is gorgeous!!! The staff is very helpful and have a lot of knowledge as well as experience. I have been twice and will continue to use The Nail Room.

My husband and I are moving to the Milton area, after checking with the office where we were staying, I chose to go to the Nail Room. I made a last minute appointment for a fill and a pedicure (since I had been in town for about 2 hours, I needed a recommendation). They scheduled me for 2 hours later, which was fine--I was willing to come back at the appointed time. When I arrived, with my feet soaking in the warm water for my pedicure--I was told that they do not do acrylic nails--which is what I have. They were willing to do my nails--using the dipping powder (I assume they would have removed the acrylic). I was upset as I don't want to change the medium that I use on my nails and feel that I should have been asked if I wanted a "fill" using dipping powder--I wasn't. So I had the pedicure--since my feet were already in the water--the woman who performed the pedicure did a wonderful job and I was very pleased with the outcome----but now I have to go to ANOTHER nail salon to get my nails done. . .bummer. . .kind of a waste of my time when we are looking for property and needed for things to go smoothly.
