Usually have what I need.

As a whole, the Monument Car Parts chain has a good inventory and knowledgeable to help you locate the right part.



However this particular location, on Pacheco Blvd, has staff rudeness just over the top.



If you call, you get, "PLEASE HOLD SLAM." Often you don't even get the PLEASE.



Then you wait for half an hour.



Every other Monument location I call, I get a real person who is very helpful and has access to the same computer databases that the Pacheco branch has.



So, use Monument. They are good. But stay away from the Pacheco branch unless you are up for telephone abuse and personal insults (that's another story).
