Go!!! I have trusted Diana with my hair for over a decade. The compliments I receive on my hair weekly, are only because of the exceptional techniques and expertise and natural product, she uses on my hair. Her ad says "nobody knows blonde the way Adara does" is all true! I would go further to say Adara knows all color for hair like nobody else. The other stylists in the salon are very talented and professional as well. Is it expensive? Yes, but you get much more than you pay for. The proof is how great you look and feel when you walk out the door!

Diana is extremely unprofessional. I was a transfer client from someone who left the salon. Upon my SIX hour process with Diana (in 12 years, the longest I've ever been in the chair for the EXACT same process is 3 hours!), she charged me DOUBLE what the other stylist did: they shared the same prices. I had no problem paying the amount but when Diana says that she thought the other stylist undercharged me, she should have discussed the change in fees PRIOR to beginning my hair, not after. I voiced this to her and booked my follow up appt after discussing what the fees would be for a touch up. Diana left a message about 2 weeks prior to my next appt but I could not make it out. I her 4 times and Diana said she would return my call multiple times. She never did and I found out through the receptionist that she canceled my appt.



If you want to spend twice the amount of time and money for hair color and possibly have someone cancel your appt, diana is the person for you!

I was new in town and asked a friend to recommend a GOOD salon as I am particular about the way my hair is taken care of at a salon. She referred me to ADARA, said she had been going there for years and would go no where else. I have been going there now for 4 months for color and cut and had a fantastic perm In August. Diana, the owner is very particular about her products that she uses and sells,ALWAYS listens to the customer, makes suggestions, cuts and colors to the customer's request UNLESS she knows the color or cut would just not be good due to complexion color or facial shape...her staff is just as particular and they all are down to earth, friendly and fun. AAA as far as I am concerned for professional quality of services and products used, and personal care.You never are hurried and are truly treated like you are a friend, not just a client. I have recommended ADARA to many people.

I took pictures, let my hair dry naturally and described in detail. She even showed me a magazine with the cut I wanted. She took FOREVER and she cut my hair so short and NOT like the picture. Two months later, I am still waiting for it to grow back so I can "fix" it.
