The people who take the clothes are rude and treat their customers quickly and with great dismiss. At pick up my dress had a hole where I had requested a stain be removed. They DO NOT take damage reports, showed no care, acted like it was my fault, and only explained that the dress was old and asked me to leave. Very expensive cleaner and the staff is rude, unprofessional, inexperienced, and perhaps unethical. AVOID REGAL and go to Ogden at 15317 Sunset Blvd or Prestige at 970 Monument Blvd... I wish I had!
