Paid $75 just so they would leave my house. Called AAA about an "electric smell" coming from our gas stove/oven.

Repair man did not troubleshoot the issue but spent time arguing that the smell is NOT electric. We smell odor at all times, yet he kept plugging and unplugging the oven to prove that problem is not electrical. He said his nose is not sensitive and so he couldn't smell obvious problem. When I asked what could be making the smell, he said he did not know.



Called the company back to follow up with poor service received and they offered no apology but said they would "talk with owner". If your appliance has an obvious break, perhaps AAA can help, but I feel like I was just robbed in my own house.



Still have a broken appliance and no idea of what is causing my problem. Thanks AAA.

Had a broken refrigerator/freezer and called up AAA Able. They came on time, had the part in stock in the van and they fixed it in under 30 minutes. Can't really ask anything more from a good technician. I was really pleased with the service, I wanted to say thank you and we will be using your service again in the future.

How many times have you heard," I don't know until I see the situation" and then get charged $70.00 for them to do nothing?. My dryer was still in working order, just wasn't draining, but after showing my dryer problem to a "tech", they fried my whole electronic system on the dryer. I called AAA-Able to see what they could do. They were friendly and their tech was honest enough to say that it would cost more to have a service call and replace the electronic board than to buy a different dryer. I appreciate the honesty and all it cost me was a phone call.

This company offer great services for a fair price. They are honest and really upfront from the time I was asking questions on the phone and when they sent out the technician to check on my dryer, they told me what to expect and what kind of repair that are needed to get done. I had called other company the week before but my dryer broke 7 days later, so this time I called AAA Able and I'm glad that I did because not only that they fixed the same problem but they had found another one and fixed it, for the less amount that the other company had charged me. I'm pleased to take my time to share my positive experience and would like to share the excellent service that I received from them. Thank you and I will be referring you to my friends and family.

I'm very thankful to AAA Able, I had a problem with my fridge and was really worried because I was having a group of family and friends over for dinner. AAA Able came out the same day and fixed the problem on the spot! I called other companies but no one was available and willing to fix my fridge on 4th of July because it was a Holiday. The person on the line was very helpful and she was able to send the technician right away. It was well worth the price for the excellent service I got from AAA Able and I would recommend them to everyone.

Called to see if they repair toaster ovens and the woman on the phone snickered before saying that they don't. Well then exactly what does "small appliance" mean to you?

Saved a ton of money by using AAA. They charged a service charge (but there always is with any repair place) and they fixed the dishwasher in under an hour. I thought I was going to have to get a new one. Happy Happy! Saved several hundred dollars!
