At the a street bigfoot java staff was very rude and unprofessional. I was visiting my grandkids here and I'm from Montana. Never been to a bigfoot java before. After church wedsday night I decided to walk over and order me a drink. As I was looking at the menu board the girl hollered out and said we don't serve walk ups so I'm thinking ok and walked across the street to the other coffee place but it was closed so I went back to bigfoot java to try again since I was thirsty but this time the girl slammed the window in my face and locked it. All I wanted was something to drink. Walked away empty-handed. Pure less hospitality I have encountered from a first time visit. What an impression it gave me.
