North Coast County Water District operates as an agency of the state formed to provide local service in accordance with the California State Water Code. Since 1944, it has been providing water to as many as 40,000 residents of the City of Pacifica, Calif. The district conducts operations through various departments, including Administration, Engineering, Billing, Field Operations, Tank Maintenance, Water Quality and Water Conservation. It has worked on a number of projects, including Recycled Water Pipeline Christen Hill Tank and Treetops Main Replacement.
