At HOPE Foundation, we are all about the community. We partner with churches and organizations already established in the community. We take those partnerships and connect the community members in need of help directly to them. And we do so, personally. We structure 7 pillars of help with each individual in need... Food - We provide food to those in need. And help get them started on filing for government assistance. Clothing - We connect those in need directly to large organizations that provide clothing, like our local Salvation Army, Paducah Cooperative Ministries, and Starfish Orphanage Ministries. Rent & Utility Assistance - We provide a place for those in need to stay, whether it's just for the night, or a place on a more permanent basis. We are partnered with our city's housing section 8 administrator, and several section 8 qualifying housing locations. Job - We help those in need, find a job. Whether its for a job that is just a few days or most likely a more permanent job. We are partnered with over 30 places in town to be connected with jobs. Education - Whether it's for a person to get their GED or continued education, we are connected with three western Kentucky college centers and two online colleges, to help those in need get an education. Job Trade - Whether on the job training or job training education for a career that those in need prefer, we are connected with the college's, and job agencies to get them the training they need. Medical Assistance - We connect those in need with either private or government assistance in the insurance for life, medical, dental, vision, and veteran medical assistance. All individuals move through these pillars at different levels, and we help them get on their feet to move beyond JUST government assistance.
