the land lady is very prejudice n the maintenance man. (yes only one maintenance person)they come in ur apartment without askin u. its very very creepy.the maintenance man sits outside all day smoking cigarettes n watchin u instead of fixing on any damn thing. she pick on the black n hispanic people but if u the same color as her she let u sit outside n smoke a blunt.DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENTS THEY SUCK !

I think that loan oak manor should have a new landlord and some more maintence men if u ask me. They need to get all the people who dont live out there off the property period cause they bringin problems to our home and the property. The landlord discriminates on people and she wont let anyone move in unless she knows u presonally and i really dont thin it fair to everyone who is in search of a home and she wont give it to the needy before those she thinks needs it.
